My love for no-bake cheesecakes started with me assisting my mother in the kitchen.  I loved to help because I would be able to lick the spoon and bowl when she finished. My Mom and with my siblings we made it every Thanksgiving and Christmas. It became our family tradition. 


During my early adulthood celebrating holidays at family and friends gatherings, my gift to the table was cheesecake. Year after year it was expected for me to make my Mom's cheesecake. After numerous request I felt it was time to start ELuv Cheesecakes.


I use my Mom's traditional recipe, my secret ingredients and I infuse edible items to create a variety of cheesecakes and specialty desserts.
